CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ IN FULL
HOLIDAYS (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Day) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
1–7 Days Reserved: A 21-day notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to check-in will receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one night’s stay. If a cancellation or change is made 21 days or less before the check-in date, there is no refund.
8–20 Days Reserved: A 60-day notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in will incur a 20% fee for NON-SEWER sites or a 50% fee for SEWER sites. If a cancellation or change is made 60 days or less before the check-in date, there is no refund.
21 Days or More Reserved: A 90-day notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to check-in will incur a 20% fee for NON-SEWER sites or a 50% fee for SEWER sites. If a cancellation or change is made 90 days or less before the check-in date, there is no refund.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for "no-calls/no-shows," weather, or conditions beyond our control. There are no refunds for early departures, change of plans for any reason, last-minute changes, State of Emergencies, or Pandemics.
Multiple Sites: If multiple sites are booked, the cancellation fee and policy apply to each individual site that is cancelled.
